Do you offer professional installation?
Yes. Our nationwide network of F-Gas certified engineers installs all wall-mounted air conditioning systems. You can add installation at checkout and we'll arrange a free pre-installation survey.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days and is free on orders over £500. Express next-working-day delivery is available for most items ordered before 2pm.
What warranty do your products carry?
Every product includes a full manufacturer warranty — up to 7 years on selected Climio wall-mounted systems. Warranty registration is handled for you automatically.
Can I return a product if it's not right?
Yes, you have 30 days from delivery to return unused products in their original packaging for a full refund.
How do I size an air conditioner for my room?
As a rule of thumb, allow roughly 340 BTU per square metre. Our specialists are happy to size your space precisely — just get in touch with your room dimensions.
Are your products energy efficient?
We only stock A-rated products or better. Most of our air conditioning range is rated A++ or A+++, which can reduce running costs by up to 40% compared with older units.
