Order Confirmed
You'll receive an order confirmation by email within minutes, including a full breakdown of your items, delivery service and estimated arrival window.
Order Prepared
Our warehouse team hand-check every unit for cosmetic condition, serial number and included accessories before packing it in protective, fully recyclable materials.
Dispatched
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse we email a dispatch notification with your tracking number and courier details.
Tracked In Transit
Follow your order live from our warehouse to your front door. For two-person deliveries you'll also be offered a nominated day and a two-hour arrival window.
Delivered
Your courier will obtain a signature and, on request, place larger items in the room of your choice. Full unboxing instructions are included with every unit.

Delivery timeframes
Standard UK delivery is completed within 2–3 working days from the point of dispatch. Express services aim for the next working day when ordered before 2pm, subject to courier capacity in your postcode. European and international orders are quoted at checkout with an accurate estimate based on destination and product weight.
Signature requirements
All Climio orders require a signature on delivery. This protects both you and us against loss or damage in transit. If you would prefer to leave delivery instructions — such as a safe place or a trusted neighbour — you can do so once your order has been dispatched, directly through our courier's tracking portal.
Missed deliveries
If no one is home when the courier calls, they will leave a card, attempt delivery again the next working day and, if unsuccessful, hold the parcel at a nearby depot for collection. We'll email you the moment there is an update, and our support team can rearrange delivery on your behalf.
Large appliance deliveries
Wall-mounted air conditioners, ceiling cassettes and multi-split systems are delivered by a two-person crew who will carry the unit to any accessible ground-floor room. A pre-delivery call is made to confirm access, parking and any stairs so nothing is left to chance on the day.
Delivery tracking
Every order is tracked end-to-end. Once dispatched you'll receive live progress updates by email or SMS, including a two-hour arrival window on the day of delivery for larger items.
Delivery restrictions
A small number of remote locations — including some Scottish islands, the Channel Islands and offshore addresses — carry a short lead time and, on occasion, a surcharge. Any adjustment is shown before you check out.
Packaging
Every product is shipped in its manufacturer packaging inside a secondary transit carton, with recyclable moulded pulp or paper honeycomb padding. We've eliminated single-use plastic film from more than 95% of our range.
Remote locations & islands
Deliveries to the Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands typically take 3–5 working days. We'll confirm any additional handling before you commit to your order.
International shipping
We ship to more than 40 countries. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout for the majority of destinations, and our team will contact you should any additional paperwork be required for larger units.
